Hey guys,

I drive a 92 Civic VX... as I started it up last night and turned on the lights, the headlights came on, but none of the running lights or instrument lights came on. This problem is still persisting.

If I just have the running lights on (it's a CDN car), I will have the running lights, tail and signal lights, and instrument lights. However, as soon as I switch it on to "headlights", the headlights would come on but I'd lose the signal lights and the instrument lights.

Anyone have any ideas? I glanced at the fuses and they looked okay, but I could be wrong. I don't want to take it into Canadian Tire or some stupid place like that.
