I assume it is. It's not any louder than the Apexi N1.
"Street Legal"- ? depends on if your street is in Cali next to a CHP cruiser or in a big crowd of bikers in Strugis, South Dakota.

I doubt it. It's real loud though. Friend has the 70MM skunk2 megapower on his ITR.

I think you really need to define "street legal".
It doesn't come with any CARB cert. It is loud for sure but there are plenty of others that are equally loud if not moreso.
Last time I checked though I don't remember a boatload of aftermarket exhausts listing their street legal status.
Maybe contact Skunk 2?
i personally got it because it was loud, I wanted to be able to hear it through my helmet and ear plugs.

I don't need to define street legal i live in So-Cal and any exhaust is a ticket here unless you take it to state-ref and pass the sound decibel test. I have over 10 exhaust tickets in my record.
6= buddyclub spec 2 (OBVIOUS FAIL)
3= es tuning muffler 2.5" straight pipe (FAIL)
1= 2.5" mid pipe with stock muffler (case closed)
I even got a ref ticket for my skunk2 intake manifold which is C.A.R.B legal and cop told me "If it's so CARB LEGAL, then you can prove it to state ref. Ill see you at court with your results." I never took my car to state ref since It would of never passed with the JDM motor i just paid the ticket off for $528.
