Default Forged Piston Ring question

I bought a block used, with Endyn Roller wave pistons in it with eagle rods ect.

It's been used for about 2 years on a low boost supercharged setup. NO SIGNS OF FAILURE

I know I SHOULD replace the rings, but I'm not too sure what rings to buy - do I buy Chromoly's with the pistons size, or

Do I order Endyn rings.

Also I'm not positive on the actual piston being used, it could only be one of two - and being FI I would think it's the lower CR piston

Any ideas? I wanna just throw the head on an go, but my setup is not as tiny and will see mid 20's in psi on a SC50E

Any hep would b great.

Default Re: Forged Piston Ring question (EF8 D-UNIT)

Chromoly rings have a tendency to burn/consume oil (more than a "regular" ring set), as they are a harder alloy. I would get Endyn rings, as they should be a match of sorts for those pistons.
