iv'e searched but cant find the name of the spoiler for an eg hatch that looks like a duck bill but is angled at almost 90* can some one please help me out ? also do they they make the air noise that we already have alot worse ?

 

Its called just that, a duck bill or spoon style. This is what you mean I assume.

LOL the one posted by VTEC-DA looks alot nicer then the backyard special for some reason this reminds me of this kid whos cruising around town
with an aluminum spoiler that sits off the deck of the hatchback like 1ft 1/2 ft
in the air.. haha.

The BYS spoiler is about creating rear end downforce without looking like you're trying to make a flying car. I think it's a pretty good compromise of function & form.

That's probably true, but I doubt a lot of people using them with their hatches to it mostly for looks and originality. I say originality because I haven't seen anyone locally with it yet, by the way.
