Default i want to install radar detector

hi all, i have a valentine radar and i want to directly install it...heard i need to find a power source first any ideas? im tired of the wire, doesnt look nice...i have a 2000 Honda Accord V6 coupe...any help would be appreciated.

Just hardwire it to the back of the cigarette plug.......

There should be a 2nd ign., [hot in run] free pin on the under dash fuse box. 94

If you bought it new, it comes with the hard wire kit...

like fcm said, tap into your 2nd ign....

don't use the 3m thing it came with...

if honda hasn't changed things too much, i think all you need to do is crimp on a female push on terminal to the red wire, wire that to the 2nd ign or accessory....

the black is the ground.

and carefully run the wire along the a-pillar, and in your liner...

really simple mod.

Good choice on the V1
