96 Accord won't start after sitting up for 4 years.
I have a 96 Accord that sat up for 4 years. I replaced the battery. Changed the oil and gas. It's turning over good. Spark Plugs are getting a Spark. The Fuel is getting to the Fuel Rail and the Fuel Pump is working. It seems like no fuel is getting into the cylinders. Any suggestions on further troubleshooting are greatly appreciated.

you already said it had spark, so let's assume your injectors are clogged with varnish from the old gas, or the signals isn't making it to them to 'fire' the gas in.
i'd pull the injectors and have a shop do a cleaning, or verify they work. if they do, i'd suspect they aren't getting a signal.
