Can I swap my stock y1 lsd into a ls tranny?

My old b16 Y1 tranny is dying and parts a scarce. I figuered it would be cheaper to just get a ls tranny than to rebuild. I want to keep my LSD and put it in the new tranny but would like to know if it would just bolt in?

just use the countershaft with the lsd. it has a 4.26 final drive. the 90-91 cable ls's have a 4.40 final drive,so you may wanna just keep the straight ls
