96 Accord (Coupe) Auto Door Locks, they both lock but do not unlock.
Hello,
My 96 Accord Coupe has this weird problem, both auto door locks work when you're locking the door, but not when you're unlocking the door. I checked the fuse under the hood and it seems to be fine. The fuse panel under the steering wheel doesn't have any fuses belonging to door lock functions. Any ideas on where I should start? Thanks!

inside the drivers side door panel, mounted in the door is the door lock control unit; remove it from the car and take it to a work area. You will see tabs where it plugs in, use a little screwdriver to open the tabs and slide the circuit board out.
Now grab up your handy dandy magnifing glass and find the bad solder joint. [it will have a round crack] When you find it resolder it and plug the unit up and retest; If everyhing works, mount it back into the door and replace your door panel.
