Cam Gear timing, who dyno proved what timing to use on their b18c1?

I just purchased a set of Camgears for my b18c1, I currently have the CTR cams installed, what are some proven settings for this setup?

different for every motor/setup.

Ok, let me list all my mods, so those who has the same may tell me what they use.

AEM CAI
DC Sport catback exhaust
CTR cams
DC Sport 4-1 header (USDM)

It doesn't matter if you and another person have the same exact mods. Every motor is different . To extract the most HP out of your motor,
you're gonna have to hit the dyno.
