Ive had a problem where my dizzy cap would corrode completely after 300 miles. I used napa gold caps and rotors.

I dont think they were brass terminals. Does anybody know if OEM cap and rotors use brass? thanks

 

sounds like your missing the rubber seal that goes on the cap, this will prevent moisture and in theory should help slow/reduce the corrosion

i have the rubber gasket around the cap. Its arcing that causes corrosion in the cap, and brass is the most resistant. If the OEM honda cap has brass terminals then id be set.
