has anyone bolted the Skunk stage 1 cams and ECU onto an Acura Integra VETEC ? Can you describe the results and if it was worth it. My car is a 94 GSR

Ive heard incredible things about the skunks on b18c1's...17 whp gains and beautiful things like that after tuning. Skunk2 makes wonderful products man! Id recommend them. I'm sure anyone with stage 1's will tell you it was more than worth it.

 

I've read threads about skunk2 cams, what about the skunk2 ecu's are they good, are there different versions of the ecu for the different stages? Anyone with experience please post

 

I think, but I'm not for sure, that the Skunk 2 is either a direct copy, or is very similair to the Mugen program. I'm probably wrong but this is what I thought.

 

there are two different versions. there are many engine requirements for each one such as max injector size, cams, displacement, rod ratio, etc.

 

i dont know anything specific but i have heard good things

 

skunk and mugen chips ARE pretty much the same. i hope to get one soon when my rebuild is done. i currently have the stage 1 cams in my GSR mow. awesome top end. they are untuned now. cant wait to tune them
