So Im having this strange problem with my motor that I cant seem to figure out, Maybe you guys can help me out with this.

When my engine is about to ingauge in to vtec I can feel that change over start but it will get cut out by some thing. I have a vtec light and it is spliced in at the ECU, When the vtec is suppose to ingauge the light comes on but there is no ingaugement. I do throw code 6 (ECT) and code 22 (vtec pressure valve) and I Have checked the wiring for both, but when I shut the car off an let it sit for a little while then run it vtec will ingauge for 1st an 2nd but then in 3rd it will suddenly cut out like as if i have a Low rev limiter (like 7k)

I just cant seem to figure this out. The ecu tells the vtec soleniod to in gauge but some how it just wont. Oil is fine, wiring is fine, There is a signal going to the vtec soleniod but it just wont work..... Please help!

 

Its got to be something with ur ECT and pressure sensors because they are the 2 inputs your ecu needs to run vtec without them it wont kick in.

 

I already replaces the ext about 3mo ago though?? and everything still LOOKS fine?
