clicking sound when turning

clicking sound when turning

When I am in a turn, I hear some clicking sound.

I know I probably have to replace the front rotor and pads since it's shaking when I break in the freeway.

Could the sound be somthing else?

ur axles, see if the boots are torn if they are you will have to replace them , if u click the Search link and put in CV axle you will get tons of info about it and how to replace it , etc

dont bother rebuilding the boots for $15. replace the entire axles; it will be a hole lot easier if you could dish out another 40-60 bucks.

Definately bad CV. if they are clicking, it's too late to replace just the boots. Replace the whole axle.

I'll probably replace the axle. I'm looking at autozone website, is CV halfshaft the same as the axle?
