That is incredibly vague...your goal is just not to use all OEM parts?

What is your budget and goal for the engine??

ok lemme start all over. i want my motor to have around like 200hp and i want it to be all motor so thats why im confused about what sort of parts to buy because this is my first car im upgrading so im sort of lost. so what i need to know is what parts would give me the performance i want for a reasonable price. even if i didnt have to rebiuld the whole motor because its runs fine now but you can tell it just needs a tune-up

trying to reach a HP goal without knowing what you are making now is a rude awakening for being upset.

200 wheel hp or crank hp? ..very different things....but anyway if you want to go that far it's going to take some $$$ and some tuning for sure. You can do some different hybrid builds that will get you more power, and that coupled with the right cams and bolt ons may get you close to your goal. Check out the Prelude FAQ page to start with.

No one can just give you a list of parts to make a certain amount of power, it's nothing like video games

If I were in your situation, this is what I would do without a doubt:

EDIT

another option

I recommend it.. i love my h23 vtec.. as far as things that can be bolted on without tearing the block apart and rigorous tuning, the vtec head swap is lots of fun
