Well looks like he is idleing. look at his RPM's. So the brake is probably up. The issue being the check engine light and SRS. My guess lol.

 

Ok I will try to render comprehensible me. I do not speak about the witnesses engine or SRS, I speak that I will like to entirely remove the meter. Thus I will like to know how oter this? are there screws since lower part or are necessary it to remove all the dashboard?
