Default LSVTEC i need info FAST

alright so my 95 gsr head is getting worl done for my ls vtec motor. i went to one of the local shops down by me asking if they had any parts that they have for sale or wat ever and other tuning info . i asked them if they had a gsr wiring harness or b16 they said i couldnt use that and if i did i would hafta change the interior harness. they said it would be better if i use my d16 non vtec harness and they would run the vtec knock and i forget which other sensor. the QUESTION i had for honda-tech is if i got a d16 y8 harness would it hook up to my oem internal harness. cuz i have a ls in my car now with my stock harness thats not that trustable lol. another QUESTION i had is im looking for some input or personal experience on how their car was tuned. if i go with this shop to tune it their going to street tune it is that good or should i go with wat ever other way there is
o yea i know theres a write up on ls vtec builds and i read that
any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

well it seems like u have a 96-98 civic and yes u can use the y8 harness if its from a 96-98 but if its from a 99-00, it will not fit becuz it has two connectors and the third is on the underdash fuse box of the 99-00 car.

u might as well get a obd2-obd1 conversion harness and get a p28 and disable some sensors
