Default Del Sol idlng problem

My car is a 94, auto, Del Sol.

Whenever I start the engine cold, the idle jumps around. I have read a lot of thread saying that it is the IVAC problem but I do not know how to check it. I have read some thread saying that there is one big and one small hole on the throttle that can be tested but I do not have a clear mind on exactly how to check it.

Another problem I have is whenever I have the car stop and shift it to N, the idle sometime jump and sometime don't. But once I shift it back to D, the idle stabilizes.

Can anyone refer me on the right thread or teach me how to fix it????

Thanks

there are 2 bolts to loose and disconnect two hoese to take out iacv and just spary some brake cleaner. it is pretty simple and straight forward.
