alright so i have a 1992 prelude and im trying to get rid of that ugly looking antenna thats on it. what antenna could i use to replace it with? would the s2k antenna be able to mount in its place? a link or an antenna name would be great. Thanks, Joey

 

just jam it down. If you push the antenna back into the car it looks like it is shaved and it still works just as well.

 

Funny, mine is and it most certainly does not work just as well :-\

I actually bought the s2000 antenna and can tell you that it doesn't just bolt up to the 4g preludes. The problem is that the s2k antenna mounting collar gets in the way.

I haven't gotten around to figuring it out yet, but I imagine its something like this...

Just yank it and mold it IMO. I'd look into the Hidden Antenna Kit from Autoloc.

 

i looked at th hidden antenna from autoloc. u guys think it would work? easy to install? im 17 and dont have much experience with car wiring, even though i work with mustang mods lol.
