bought an ex rear disc setup for my 95 eg..brand new trailing arm bushing (oem), brand new rotors and pads from autozone, brand new ss brake line, also brand new blox LCA..stock spring on kyb gr-2 strut all 4..bolt everything up..got an alignment..now when driving down the road i keep hearing squeaky noise coming from the back..more so on the driver side..trunk is empty, i thought it was all the stuff in there making noises but after i took everything out the noise still there..i spray the bushing, lca down with white lithium grease..that didn't do anything..

dont know what could it be..i have a rear upper strut tower in the trunk..don't think that got anything to do with it..would the new bushing from the blox LCA be making the squeaky noise??
do i have to wait until it finally broken in for the noise to go away??

any thought??

 

if you figure it out LMK lol, I just did a rear brake conversion and got new bushings too and the back squeaks like hell

 

i talked to a mechanic i know today and he said it could be from the lca bushing that's making the squeak when the suspension goes up and down on the road....i'm gonna try to remove the bolt that hold the lca to the center frame of the chassis, lube it up and install it back..we'll see what happen..he suggest using washer on each side of the lca bushing so when u screw the bolt in, it'll compress the spring against the bushing so the sleeve inside the bushing doesn't move..only the bushing move..the sleeve inside the bushing is what making the squeak..
