2007 Civic SI Vs. AP1/AP2 (Tune-Ability)
Hi again everyone. So.... My folks bought my little brother an 07 Civic Si. There is a huge aftermarket support for his car. He is starting out with the basic I/H/E and is in the process of getting is ECU reprogrammed. I am just wondering if there was a similar aftermarket support for the s2000 compared to the SI. I wouldn't want my little brother pulling up next to me one day and leaving me in the dust! I am new to the F20C/ F22C, and the K series for that matter...so any help is greatly appreciated.
Also, im looking to stay N/A, as is my brother. Thanks for any helpful responses!

Even if your bro beats you in his Civic....well, he's still driving the civic.

couldn't have said it better
street racing is wack
and even if he does get you in a straight line, who do you think would do better in a track situation?

Haha, yeah this is true. I was thinking that since they already have this engine pushing out 240 HP, that there probably isnt a whole lot of room for improvement. I think my brother said that his engines internals can handle something like 350 Hp without being upgraded. He figures he can have it around 270ish without going turbo(comes with 197 stock). Personally I don't know enough about the K series to make an educated comment on that topic, but that seems like alot of HP to me for a N/A civic.

^^^ I fucckin hate those cars and the fucckers that drive them. They think they have big dicks cause they know how to crank up the boost and go somewhat fast in a straight line. Its all good though cause when were on the hwy I love seeing them ***** out and stump on there brakes when were about to hit a turn at 130 140.

no he wont, he can run a ported rbc (stock 06+ si manifold) and push 270+. a friend of mine has a 2.5L k24 thats at 300-310whp without itb's. itb's arent always necessary
