Hi there, I just got my 1990 Accord a few weeks ago and the front driver side wheel is making a scraping sound when I am going slow, but once I speed up to around 25mph and up, it stops. Does anyone know what this is or how much it would cost to repair? Thanks so much.

Another quick question. My "Brake Lamp" light comes on everytime I stop, but all of my brake lights are fully working. ????

 

brake pads, trust me same thing happened on my accord but hte brakes still worked, theyd screech at low speeds but never when i went faster, take the wheel off and check em out
