Default Timing Belt Cover

Ok this is the thing i just recently changed the head on my 95 accord F22B1 and had to do the timing. But this is the twist, i had the timing done b4 i decided to do the head so the timing belt cover was already off now i dont know how to put the bottom cover back on and it is being a pain and that is the only thing that is stopping me from completing the job and everything else is buttoned up....

by the way can i do without putting the cover back on and just start the car and take for a drvie ???

Yes that cover is a pain, I think you have to start with the cover almost flat and sideways against the back of the motor in front of the axle, then bring it around, and swivel it straight at the same time.
I might say that having the motor mount off, letting the engine tilt down a little will help.
Trying to have a good flashback
Then when you are bringing the back side up be careful of getting hung up on the little tensioner spring and the peg bolt the spring is hooked on, and when you bring the front side up the rubber gasket will try to come loose and fall off.

I wouldn't. Could get a rock or something kicked up and into the belt causing problems.

I don't recall exactly how to work that cover in/out but if you keep playing with it at different angles you should be able to get it back on there.

That should not be the timing belt. Probaly a loose PS or AC belt.
