You should run 195/50's on 92-95 Civics, 205/50 might give you problems rubbing or scraping, and also make your speedometer read slower than your actual speed.
Here's a Civic on 195/50's:
and the same car on 205/50 Azenis:

I run 205/50/15's and notice some minor rubbing in the front in tight parking lots or abrupt u-turns, and i've cut out my fenders.
Sounds like the rim offset needs to be higher than +45, in order not to rub on a 205 series tire then.

Um I'm pretty sure there is not more than 700-800 lbs on any one corner of the car at any given time, unless you fully load down your car to the maximum capacity of passengers and cargo. I'm pretty sure that almost never happens to us on this board, so load index should not even be an issue.
And that's obviously not my red Civic if you read my sig. Just posting pics of my friend's car who has had both 195 and 205/50-15 tires. He scrapes a bit w/ the 205's, never scraped w/ the 195's, and he's on Neuspeed Race springs.

if you are reffering to Load Index/weight capacity a 195/50r15 usually stands at 81-82, which means ablity to handle about 1020-1050lbs, while an integra tire 195/55r15 is rated at 84-86, meaning about 1100-1150lbs....but remeber that integra weights at 2600-2800 (with a person inside), while a hybrid hatch or coupe usually at 2300-2500lbs

I have the rota slip streems, 205x15x50 with a 38 mm offset and here is how they look, btw i love em.
Damn dude, I hope you have a stiff suspension. Looks like any softer suspension and you will rub pretty hard.
BTW, the tires are going on 15" Rims with a +40mm offset.
but i dont know how you could exclude auto-x from tire performance
Yes i do Skunk 2 integra spring rate, KYB's all the way around dosent rub at all. As for the back it is set up got weight transfer, IE drag racing.
Looks like 195/50 tire for me, since there is no "tremendous" advantage with a 205 Series tire ......
Thanks for everyone's comments and opinions.
