Default Catback recommendations for a 98 cx hatch

Hey guys, Im new and am wondering if anyone can recommend a catback exhaust system for a 98 cx hatch. Links? I am looking to spend about 350 dollars. I already attempted to buy one system that I was told would fit, but it didn't. The cat on the cx is right underneath the header and the piping I was sent was about 2 feet short. Thanks in advance!

Having worked on D16Y7 Civics for about eight years now, I can recommend only one thing: Don't put an obnoxious exhaust system on your gas-saver engine. It will not make more power, it will not sound cool and it will get you much more attention from ricers and police.

If you're dead-set on getting one - and it's really none of my business if you want to flush your money down the toilet - I would suggest getting a full header/cat or test pipe/exhaust for your car. If that's too expensive for you, get any of the 96-2000 Civic Exhausts and have a muffler shop modify it so it fits to the pipe that goes under your oil pan.

I am going to do an engine swap this summer, but would really like to get an exhaust on the car around the same time maybe a little sooner, so I wanted to start doing research for one now.

Can noobs not send pm's? I'd definitely like to see pictures of the one you have for sale.
