stock b16a2 harness has only 2 plugs for the ecu?????????

stock b16a2 harness has only 2 plugs for the ecu?????????
so i just put a b16a2 in my friends 98 ek.. in the stock b16a2 harness that was on the swap only had 2 plugs wired in the harness that pluged into the stock si ecu is that normal or does all 3 have 2 b pluged in looked over harness and nuthing looked cut im confused?

here a pic is their suppose 2 b a plug in the 3 plug in or is their not remember thist is not a 3rd plug on the harness and nuthing looks cut im so confused
