does anyone had their engine rebuild at inline four at westminster CA? if so, how is the service and the motor performance? price?

They are an average shop with high prices. If I were you I would go some place else.

yeah man... i called them.. they said its gona be $1500 for the basic rebuild package... and it takes 3-4weeks...

I dont know what the details are but you have to look at that to really see what you are paying for. OEM Bearings are about $250, Oil pumps $100-130, Bottom end gasket kits(mainseal, etc) $60, Micropolish crank $40, Bore/hone/deck $250, New pistons with rings(OEM Honda) $300-400, labor to do the measuring/assembly, etc $500

So you really get what you pay for. I'm sure you can find a place that can use non-Honda parts, napa gaskets and generic oil pumps, cheap bore hone/deck, maybe others dont even micropolish the crank at all. Find out what is included and then calculate for yourself it the price is right.
