Default Brake Pressure even while driving?

OK so I'm not sure what to do. I have limited mechanics knowledge, but if someone can point me in the right direction, that would be great. I have a 94 Acura integra LS 5spd. I just recently changed the oil, bled/filled the clutch master cyl, and changed flushed/changed my radiator fluid.

Basically I'm getting the same symptoms as the guy in this thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2204890

- Brake pressure being applied 15-20 mins after driving the car.
- Brake pedal has no travel, brakes engage intantaneously.
- Brakes being applied even while driving, i can feel them even when i let off the gas.

I've been speaking to a moderator about what it could be, and he mentioned the booster adjustment rod? Or to check the cap for proper venting of the bladder? Anyone else have any other ideas or insight?

Any help is surely appreciated. Thanks so much.

How do you release the stuck brakes? Will they release if the car sits?

yes, if the car is left undriven for about an hour~ it returns to normal. This has to be heat related right?

I would agree. Do they release if you remove the MC cap?

actually, I think they might. I had gone to get a hair cut yesterday which only took about 35-40 mins, and when I arrived they were sticking like hell. I got back outside and popped the hood. Released both the MC cap and CMC cap just to see if i still had fluid or whatnot. When i drove off i noticed everything was back to normal. But it could have just been that the car cooled off..

I'm still stumped

I was told that the fluid in the brake system could be bad. the fluid could have absorbed moisture which lowered its boiling point, and due to heat is why im not getting proper braking. anyone?
