Default no turns/hazards... ICU???

so i dont have any turn signals or hazards and ive replaced the fuses, the hazard/turn signal relay, and the hazards button... some one said that the integrated control unit on the back of the fuse box is most likely causing this problem... is this true?

The ICU is the relay for the windshield wipers. Shouldn't affect the turn signals.

bulbs are fine, and i doubt that all 4 bulbs would burn at the exact same time and just the flasher part...

could be icu. any integrated control unit is an ICU. There are ICU's for wipers, engine oil pressure indicator, side marker, engine control systems, brake bulb check and so on. Also 95s have a fuse in an auxiliary fuse box. The fuse is number 26 (10 amp). If this fuse was bad it would cause your problem. It delivers accesory power for exterior lighting. The only exterior flashers that work without acc power are hazard. Would have liked to help sooner but I'm new and my posts are limited to 5 in 24hrs. Oh yeah, only 95s have this fuse for some reason.
