Default Cruise Control Question...

Ok so I just removed the cruise control box in my engine bay and disconnected the cable that attaches to the gas pedal... My question is: isn't there other stuff to remove other than that? I have seen other posts that say the unit should be connected to the IM and you have to plug the vacuum line once removed, but on my integ there is no vacuum line to disconnect, just the electrical plug and the cable. Any insight is appreciated.

i removed mine out of my 95 ls and all there was to remove was the box in the engine bay which had a connector to it for the wiring, and the cable that attaches to the gas pedal...
