complete crx si, 89, needs lil work....

i really need the money for school right now... and really need this thing gone... give me offers, im currently parting it out, (if ya need anything lemme know) if i get a good enough offer, i'll just sell whole car complete....
the shell is an 89 but everything on it is from my 88, the seatbelts were a lil ghetto rigged, but they still work... its gonna need some work, and its gonna cost about 400$ to register, cause i never registered it yet....
give me reasonable offers please!!!
