help me. What is the name of this part? bad oil leak...i need to fix it

Default help me. What is the name of this part? bad oil leak...i need to fix it

I need to fix this. I have what i was told, was a 95 GSR Motor in my eg. I just got a skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body and i cant drive the car with this leak


THAT IS NOT MY MOTOR!

yea thats what i thought. i wonder though, does it have a gasket and if i make one out of the fiber gasket fabric would it work? or

Thanks man. I figured as much. I just wasnt 100% sure. I helped with the swap but never looked at the filter, never thought about it. but now i know what i need to do and how i need to fix it. Thans

You helped with the swap yet don't know what motor it is???

Also check to make sure theres not a gasket on the there already.

I.E. doubling up on gaskets.

I'm sure someone can explain it better

I knew it was a GSR i just didnt know what year. i Figured maybe the year might have made a difference with the oil cooler and all.

Yea i did that earlier today there was nothing there thats why i had to figure out whether it should have a gasket or not. I figured it did but i wanted to be 100% sure.
