i just need to know what this nipple is attached too, its circled and its gold u can barely see it but if u could look at ur car, its easy and see if anything is attached to it like a vaccum hose
my car idles weird(fluctuates rpm when in neutral) and when i put my finger over the nipple hole car stalls its got vaccum so is it left like that or where does the hose come from

If I'm not mistaken, that is connected to the purge solenoid.

Yeah the lil nipple is part of the vaccum. You can try to block it and see what happens. The plug your holding might be the IACV or crank sensor.

i just mentioned that because ,maybe its closed all the way, and just idling on the open cruise control nipple. plug that nipple and see what you can do to get the car running.

is this is the original motor for this car? the crank fluctuation sensor is behind the crank pulley. the plug comes up to the back right side.

do you have a CEL light on?
