a wats up guys i have a 89 dx hatch with a 93 sohc si motor

so the problem is when i go down a big hill the car will cut out almost like it turns off everyone i ask is clueless i had a new fuel pump and filter put in already and still the same so if you have ideas plz let me know asap its my only ride

down a big hill and like in nuetral or are you compression braking and it tries to die out?

 

im in gear and i hit the gas and it will just bog i have no throttle responce

 

yea...when on the throttle the car starts to cut out/bog/sputter. give it full throttle and it bogs worse...then all of a sudden, the throttle is back, and the car is drivin normal again....

wtf coud this be1?!?!?!?!? i was thinking fuel pump maybe...but that was replaced along with fuel filter. also...the car is vacuuming when first turned on...then after a few minutes it idles normal...till you rev it up...then once coming back to idle, it will vacuum one or two times...then idle normal...

someone help plez!!! we have been tryin to figure this out forever....
