Default Ignition or Fuel

My car is running extremely rich right now, I have a scangauge in the car that tells me certain parameters of what is going on in my engine and right now my gallons per hour is running like 7-9 gph. It is usually .5-2.5 at most! I am in pittsburgh right now and did a tune up the other night with new cap rotor and checked the gap on my plugs and things like that. Im not sure what might have happed, but is there something i could check or change that would make it run so poorly. As i don't know what is going on, very low on power and rather sluggish. Would the incorrect gap on the plugs kill my mileage this bad? thanks for the help

I have checked and rechecked everything and still can't figure it out. This is on a 2000 d16y7 so im not sure if anyone could help me out!
