Fog Light mounting question

Ok so a while back i had some universal fog lights in my 98 civic.. and i recently purchased the big square yellow ones actually meant for the civic.. but i cut away pretty much all the plastic used to mount the fog lights in.. so im not sure how im going to make a custom bracket to mount them.. any suggestions would be appreciated..

yeah get a new one. junk ones are cheap.
