my timing belt wont stop sliping
Well... to be safe i would just replace the timing belt

Does the belt feel slack? If it doesn't then it shouldn't slip. You should be able to twist the belt roughly 45*max between the two cam's (Because you have an EF Si) Any more is too slack. If its not too slack, then anything you can do to the belt will just be precautions.
