Default Drain Plug Question

hey guys, i just recently changed my oil and i replaced my drain plug with a skunk2 magnetic plug, but the problem is i used the plug with the longer magnetic shaft. Was wondering if anyone has done the same or if anyone thinks there will be clearance problems inside the pan.

^^ sweet thanx I'll do anything to keep my motor running clean. I used to pit a magnet on the oil filter back on my teg.

On the same subject, I used these when my engine was stock and each time there was some small metallic particles on the magnet.

Now that I am Comptech charged, I don't have a drain plug. Does anyone know if there has been a system made that's compatible with the CTSC drain line?
