Default p14 to p13 ecu

Its been a couple of months since I did my swap (JDM H22) and ive had nothing but problems ever since. At first i was throwing a couple of cels and the motor would run hella choppy. I was running a p13 4ws ecu that steve at Hmotors sold me. I swapped back my orginal p14 and dam the car runs like a champ (no vtec though). I put the p13 and then runs like **** again. Im stumped and I dont know if it is the ecu or the wiring.

Sounds more like someone forgot to switch over to the H22 injectors.

You have the injectors from the H23 on the h22?
Almost 100cc diffrence on those injectors. H22=345cc(obd1) H23=240cc

Lol, that would explain why the p14 runs the motor better

Wrong. The fuel rail on the JDM h22a is reversed compared to the h23, due to it coming from a right-hand drive vehicle.

So unless you want to completely re-route your fuel line to come from the left side of the engine compartment...use the h23 rail with the h22 injectors.

The engine is already in the car brosef. It is most likely, as well, that if the mechanic left the h23 injectors in there, the h23 fuel rail was also most likely re-used.
