Where do you guys get your number decals and the other decals that you are required to have on your car?

For number decals, there are a number of online sites that will do it for you or you could ask some of the racers in your region where they get theirs done locally. Most printing shops will do vinyl graphics. A number of online retailers (like edecals.com for example) will do number plates, but if you want something very custom, you will probably be better off working with someone local.

 

for what?
autocross-magnettics. bring large sheet of magnettic to big event. stick scca stickers on magneic, cut, and apply. remove at end of day. (disreguard if trailor queen and stick 'em to paint)
these can be aquired at the event

scca/nasa road racing stickers-the net (nasaproracing.com) or (scca.org)

as for the numbers, vynil shop can make 'em up for you no problemo

I make my own... I have a plotter

 

I have an 8” vinyl cutter for numbers, names, logos, crap like that. Get the road racing stickers you need from Pegasus for SCCA. They have a kit with the three logos, kill switch and extinguisher stickers. Like 8 bucks or something. If you are road racing, don’t forget about the patch for your suit.
