Default Strange squeaking noise from engine.

I sort of finished the engine rebuild of a D15B1, I'm getting a squeaking sound from the pulley area, what can I do to reduce it, or just eliminate it.

If it's the alternator, what can I use to lube it up, so it doesn't squeak, if it's my timing belt tensioner, what do I use on that too...

I am not sure where to go from here, once I reduce the squeaking, I can tackle the other problems the engine is having, need to learn with the shitty/cheap engine before I try a B or better D series engine.

Once I master this, believe me, there will be a swap. Just so you guys don't suggest for me to just get over the problems and do a swap... (I hate those type of guys that suggest that as a fix for everything)

Yes I did use the search function, got more hits about suspension, and brakes.

EDIT: This is all just sitting there in neutral, and this is a 5speed, and no AC/PS, just alternator on the acc wheel.

Check whether the alternator belt is loose and slipping. If so, tighten up the belt tension.

I did check the tension on both the timing and the alternator, I should have stated that too, but I don't know how tight it should be, it doesn't flex at all, and the squeaking is getting worse now, and the timing belt isn't slipping I haven't installed the timing belt covers yet cause I may have to redo the head again, cause I forgot to get the valve seats relapped.

Check whether a bearing in the alternator or water pump is bad.

Hmm, didn't see in the Chilton manual on how to do that, could you shed some light on how I check the bearings, and what I could do to test it out?

Alternator: Take off belt and check whether the pulley spins freely, quietly, and has no freeplay.

Water pump: Take off timing belt and check whether the water pump pulley spins freely, quietly, and has no freeplay.

ok, I redid the torque run on the alternator that fixed the squeaking noise.

Thanks.
