Default found these on craigs list for $80



my first purchase ever on craigs list got these for $80 and am having a guy at my work fab the upper brackets for me this week. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

you can get them for $3bucks each at a local junkyard, and like $4-6bucks for stained glass paint. i'm sorry but you failed

hey cut the guy a break! Not all junk yards have fog lights. Trust me man, Ive been to many junks yards down in San Diego and its hard to find decent parts anymore.

For 80 bucks, you scored man.

IMO, Better to get the legit yellow fogs rather than paint clear ones.

They HAVE been painted. The guy before you said that you can get them for a few dollars. Theyre prelude fogs.

The guy i was speaking to was going on like they were original civic ones though.

Yeah I got in touch with the guy and got the majority of my cash back and told him he was a douche. I mean I like the JDM style but if these fit I'll probably just rock them I don' care that much and I don't need to be totally authentic. I have zc headlights with sir tails on an usdm front end so i'm not exactly uber authentic. Just like the clean looks to back the power. I"m sure people will hate either way.

i bought 7 sets of those fogs at the junkyard for 3.99 each and bought stained glass paint for 6 bucks..glad you got most of your $ back..

heres my EF sedan with them.. to these lude fogs cause they are the closest fogs to the jdm ones. and they work the same damn way..



my cousins 88 sedan


they fit nicely.

how long does the paint last in these fog lights??? how often do you need to repaint?

damn i would have just went to pepboys and got the 24 dollar fogs. they look just as good as those

I'm not too worried about it, as I said I didn't know I got burned until this morning. Anyway here she is. I'm happy with how it came out.

his bracket i dont know, mines was already on there when i took it off the lude..Krylon Stained Glass. Yellow transparent..
