Default Bearing Cap Bridge Help

I'm in the process of rebuilding my h22a4. I'm down to removing the bottom end components. I just removed the the bolts off the bearing cap bridge, and im having a tough time removing it. It there a special way to get it off? I have the
service manual, but it doesnt really explain how.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

did you loosen the bolts in the right sequence

you are supposed to loosen them in sequence and in steps.

if you have a deadblow, that will help knock the dowel pins loose.

be easy with the dead blow and try and rock the bridge back and forth gently.
