i was wondewr what sort of thing i gotta up grade when i am pulling out my motor. i have a 96 integra gsr. can anyone help me and give me tips on what i have to upgrade?

Don't squeeze on the motor... I just got a GSR swap with 60k on it and I believe it's nearly blown because the guy squeezed on it before I got it (and of course didn't tell me)

It does depend on the power you want to make, and the budget. Figure out what your REAL budget is, and how much time you have...

 

i have about 2500. new internals and pistons rods upgraded clutch polish block head. p28 ecu or s100. dont no yet. trying to figure out what i might need.

 

if you are going to build the motor then put a turbo on it and make some real power.

 

how much do you think a turbo setup will cost with all the right parts?

like 250+ with turbo or around there. because i think i can make 200 with all motor.

 

lsv is 170 to 180 but with cams and itb and good tune you could hit 230 to 240.

i have 14 thou in my setup so i am not good guy to ask. iam shooting for 450 on pump and i been building it for 1 year now and hoping by the end of summer i'll have it runing. but you could have good setup 3000 to 4000$$

with in the 3 or 4 g's is there sleeving?

 

with a good Engine Management and tune you would be ok at 350 to 400 hp on oem sleeves. what kind of power do you want and is it your dd?

 

yea turbo is spendy but worth it in the long run. but i dont no what dd is
