Default Most cost effective engine management for d series turbo

I am planning on boosting my 88 dx in the near future. I just got a crx si parts car, and am currently switching to mpfi, and an si head. I have a turbo from a 1st gen eagle talon turbo. I am looking for intercooler, but i have dsm 450cc injectors and bov. I am wondering what the best engine management would be. I got the turbo and such for nothing, and am planning to do this as cheaply as possible. I am thinking rising rate fuel pressure regulator, apexi safc, and 450cc injectors.. I am just looking for pros and cons of this setup.. and any suggestions you guys might have as to what i should do... I have also considered extra injector or something along those lines but i dont know what an extra injector controller would cost.. thanks ahead of time.. .

this is also my first post on this board.. i am from the crx resource..

I just finished building my getto turbo system... I'm going to use a 2.5L daytona turbo, probe intercooler, 450cc talon injectors, and SAFC, and an adjustable fuel presure regulator... I hope I can get away with only useing the SAFC, if not I'm going to get a Vortech FMU off ebay, it rises fuel presure per pound of boost.... I still need the piping and BOV ( looking for a stock DSM ) too... $255.00 for my VAFC on ebay ( VAFC is the same as the SAFC, but it has a VTEC controller in it )..
