Default Drivers side motormount bolts spin

I am trying to replace the drivers side mount on my 96 Civic and the one bolt came out with no problems, but the other bolt (very front) Just spins, Is there a nut I am missing, or is this thing striped in the frame?

Bolt# 15 on mount# 9.

if its just spinning then you broke the nut. Nothing you could really do. I had to cut the bolt, then a hole to stick my finger in to get the nut out. They are welded to the frame.

its stripped ad its also called driverside torque mount. its not really needed if you upgraded your current engine mounts

I had to cut a hole in my frame, cut out the old nut, and put in a new one.. you only really need it if you want to do a H or F swap

Sounds like we are going to just cut the bolt, and than bolt the new one in using 1 bolt, and weld the other side, If I need to replace it later down the road, I can just cut the welds off.

Truth right here.

That's not a motor mount in the sense it holds your motor in, that's just a torque mount that keeps it from rockin too much off/on accel.

They're not needed on a stock B/D engine.

My passenger side torque mount (8) is gone, completely (not quite sure where it went but it took some of the trans case with it), and you can't feel any difference.

EDIT:
PS: In case you're wondering if it was just my car b/c I have a stock Y8, my friend's only rockin 3 mounts on his GSR and hasn't had any problems.
