Default JDM Type R / RSX Opt. Shift *****

Are there any difference between the Type R aluminum shift **** and the optional one that goes with the A-Spec package? The same weigh or what? Also does the S2000 shift **** fit the RSX? How much does that one weigh?

Type R:

LMAO, i was actually laughing when he asked the weight of each of em. It's not like he's going to be shaving a fraction of a second off with a lighter shift ****.

Didn't those pictures you posted answer your question? Because I think it did.

Both shift ***** have the same exact style, but with one different color (red) on the JDM Type-R.

Why? It's the same thing, just with Skunk 2 logos on the sides.

The Skunk2 is nice. Really heavy ****. It is weighted to make shifting easier. I used mine for over a year before I switched to my Mugen Si ****. The larger **** makes shifting more precise (for me).

Yeah, I'm asking the weigh because you do feel a difference when shifting. The stock Type S one feel weak and when you throw it into gear it doesn't feel like it.

I have a Type R already and it's nice and heavy where you can feel your throws. Wondering if anybody has the optional, and know hows it feel.

I've been thinking about getting a Skunk2.

I agree with GG99. He never stated that it would shave a fraction of a second off. He asked for the weight of the *****.

To the OP,

I do know that the Skunk2 **** is heavier than the S2K ****, but I forget by how much (a buddy of mine weight it, but I forget what the weight was). I personally have the Skunk2, because I like the way it feels when you throw it into gear. It also helped with my gear grinds.

I'm not a usually a fan of Skunk2, but I do like their shift ****. It is cloned after the OEM type R ****, but they added more weight for feel.

EDIT: I also have the A-spec **** and it is incredibly lighter than the Skunk2 ****. Hope this helps you out a little.

Yeah Skunk2 is 440 grams according to JHPUSA. The DC5-R one is only 150 Grams, so this must be heavy than.
