does anybody know how big you can go with a b20 without sleeving it?

Check on here, but the most I've seen is 85 mm.

inches:

bore x bore x stroke x .7854 = cubic inches

convert to cc

multiply x 4 = total displacement

i wouldn't go over 84.5mm cylinder walls are too thin. search around for more info

i honestly wouldn't bore out a b20 block unless it was sleeved. the most would be honing and thats about it
