My friend has someone welding his stuff complaining like a little ....

So I wanted to take pics to see what you guys think this guy is screwing these welds up saying the material from ross machine racing is ''****'' here are pics.

imo he needs to grind a fresh layer on that cast aluminum and get some better fitment up in that piece !

Jesus christ. WTF did they use to cut the injector hole, a dull spoon? I'd tell your friend to take his stuff and GTFO while there's still something left to try and salvage.

He's doing a project just like my car Nissan with a Nissan VH45DE v8 turbo, except it's for a G35 .

Im gonna speak from some experience w/ extruded tubing. In most all cases they use a lubricant in the extrusion process which typically gets embedded into the material, if the surface isn't properly cleaned well it will weld like **** as pictured above. Have your buddy clean the material and remove any contaminants and give it another try.
