Target AFR and Timing for H22A?

Target AFR and Timing for H22A?
Hey Guys,
Im trying to figure out what the target Air Fuel Ratio should be at WOT, cruise, idle on a stock H22A on 91-94 oct pump gas. Also, for all the tuners out there what about ignition timing. How much timing advance have people run? Im looking to tune my car pretty conservatively.
I have read that H22As like it rich and I should shoot for 12.5-13.0AFR at WOT? Any other info anyone can provide would be great. I have an experienced tuner with me but I want to do this one on my own and learn.
My mods are:
Hondata S300
S2 Stage 2 cams
Ferrea valvetrain
AEM V2
Vibrant Header
Tanabe exhaust
Rebuilt bottom end w/mahle 10:1 pistons otherwise stock
