Sand bumper/ prime???
I found a bumper at a junkyeard that is red with alot of chipping and flake of paint. You can see some primer and its basically just a mess. No dents though. Im curious on what grit sandpaper to use to get it sanded, then after i sand it all out can i just use a spray can primer. Because the whole car is gnna get repainted but i wanted to do this so it could save me some money doing it myself. thanks

sand it to the plastic, use 220 to 400 grit
don't use spray can sh-t, they don't last long, they are not water proof and you'll be ending up taking it off again when you are doing a "real" paint
